Rates and Insurance — To the Stars Therapy

Individual 60-minute Sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes in length at the rate of $100.

(Please ask about a sliding scale if you could benefit from one)

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluation

Formal evaluation and documentation for an Emotional Support Animal is at the rate of $125. These sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Insurance and Other Information

All services are considered self-pay. I am "out-of-network" for all insurance plans. This means that if you have insurance, you pay me for the service, and I supply you with a bill that you can give to your insurance company for application for reimbursement to you directly. All insurance plans have different costs and policies around this. It is your responsibility to check with your carrier if you plan to submit reimbursement.

All payments are processed through TherapyNotes where you can place a card on file through the secure platform.

Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment.
I am also able to process all Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as long as they are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover.
